Adds .github/workflows/selfhosted-build.yml: a manual (workflow_dispatch) job on the self-hosted runner [self-hosted, tristram]. Additive only, does not touch existing CI, nothing auto-runs. Shows up in the Actions tab after merge to the default branch.
