WaterObserved - normalized JSON-LD example has incorrect property types

Hello,

I've noticed that my JSON schema validation was failing on a simplified (denormalised) WaterObserved/examples/example-normalized.jsonld example file.

Shouldn't all the Number types be replaced with Property to be valid normalized NGSI-LD documents (JSON-LD)?
