We're now already diffing custom properties in the function above. So we could save on doing this diff here if we either pass in the value from the function above, or set this damage in the function above.

You are right. In fact this was defeating the optimization of setting reset_only = true when the only change would be for non-inherited custom properties. So now this damage will be set in compute_style_difference().

@mrobinson Any chance that you could push the button on the crates.io release for this? There are a couple of things I'm waiting on from this release.
