1-031_validate_toolchain) that is currently failing against the GitOps Operator 1.18.6 RC builds due to version mismatches.Component versions updated to align with the latest 1.18.6 component matrix:

To verify this fix locally, ensure you are logged into a cluster running the 1.18.6 RC build and run the following isolated Ginkgo command:
./bin/ginkgo -v -focus="1-031_validate_toolchain" -r ./test/openshift/e2e/ginkgo/parallel
