Add support for the Quectel EC801E-CN modem by introducing its USB product ID (0x0903) to the option driver ID table. Use the same driver_info setting as other Quectel devices: RSVD(6) | ZLP. Signed-off-by: Feng Zhang <feng@radxa.com>
