Current progress: have set up notebooks to experiment in and baseline Biogeme. The interface for nests has been setup and has unit tests.
Current issues: the current set up is using dictionaries, which aren't hashable and cause issues for JIT-ing
Potential solutions: turn into lists or create a unique and hashable object.
Future work: change nested logit loglik function to accommodate nested logit.
