Add multi-column sorting for tables

Description

I have enjoyed the sort-multiple feature from Buefy and would like to have it in Oruga if possible?

I personally used it mostly in conjunction with backend-sorting although not always.

Why Oruga need this feature

For a somewhat data-centric app it is very helpful for the user to sort by multiple arbitrary columns.

I am not providing any sample code etc. because I'm mostly wanting to feel it out at this point. I am not familiar enough to hack on Oruga yet but perhaps one day...

Hey @lgedgar seems like a good feature!

I think we are reaching a point with Oruga where it is in a good state with its current components and functionalities. So I welcome feature suggestions to make Oruga even better and also to make it easier to switch from Buefy :)
