error in setting up

I got a following error. What do I have to solve this.

@thornbirda Thanks for reporting this! There is a string with invalid character encoding under the registry path HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Uninstall on your system, that causes ruby to fail. Some other installed program has probably stored such garbage. Commit bbbf666 changes rubyinstaller to ignore such entries.

Can you please try the rubyinstaller.7z or exe version from appveyor: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/larskanis/rubyinstaller2-hbuor/build/job/fnqmtisvcxidqks9/artifacts ? It's suitable to install it into the existing directory.
