Added link to the old repo for `nodejs.org` in the readme, there are occasions where going through that repo for old are needed - e.g. for old blog articles and URLs.

We can use hooks at the repo level just fine, it's org wide hooks that are the problem. We can allow org wide reads because we have security info and secrets in a few private repos. |

@mikeal Travis supposedly requires org wide access #355 (comment). If you know any a way around it, please let me know. |
