I can't reproduce this:

I tested this with stable10 (9.1.0.13 is the version - same as your) and with master. Both work fine. Did you experience any other misbehavings?

No Nothing, as far as i can see

That's likely because of the SAML app which comes with this feature as well (since otherwise clients won't work on Nextcloud 9). Needs a repair migration step there and the old interface removed.
