Currently from the overview it is not possible to quickly see if an app is restricted to specific groups. Therefore the admin has to go through every app and look into the sidebar.

Describe the solution you'd like
An extra column where the groups are listed to which the app is restricted to e.g. between Featured and Disable. There seems to be enough space for it.
