server wont stop/close

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

Is this an issue in the control panel or with the Minecraft server itself?

What browsers are you seeing the problem on? (if a panel issue)

Chrome (including Arc, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi)

Describe the bug

pressing stop or restart do nothing and do /stop or /close also show the same result

Steps to reproduce

press stop , restart or type slash close
it does nothing

Expected behavior

the console spam
java.lang.NullPointerException
the ram is always at 1% and ram is at 40%

it just suddenly froze
