un-replaced placeholder string in world and server deletion screen

Describe the bug

when deleting a world or server, the confirmation screen says {name} instead of the expected world name

Steps to reproduce

1. attempt to delete a world/server from an instance

Expected behavior

placeholder should be replaced with the variable value
