Dotfiles are organized using GNU Stow. Check Using GNU Stow to manage your dotfiles for reference. To enable these on your system do:
cd dotfiles
stow vim
stow tmux
stow karabiner
... # repeat for all programs you need configuration formenchauser/dotfiles
