Adds hevc.js to the Projects section.
A from-scratch HEVC/H.265 decoder written in C++17, compiled to WebAssembly. 236KB binary, 1080p realtime transcoding, pixel-perfect against ffmpeg on 128 test bitstreams.
Includes a drop-in plugin for dash.js that transcodes HEVC to H.264 client-side via WebCodecs.
