Consider bundling?

Hey, this is a really cool project. I'm going to install right now.

Would you consider bundling as a claude marketplace and/or npx skills source? It would take some of the friction out of installing (and future upgrades).

I personally run it as a standalone process with full permissions and tool access, and interact with it via a /cog global slash command from other projects to send and pull context. Never thought about turning into a plugin and running it sharing the CLAUDE.md with other projects.

That's how I use it personally though. It's open source — if you find an interesting way to package it for a specific use case, fork it and ship it!

this is pretty much my question, too. How do I apply this to all my chats/cowork/code projects? how do I apply it cross-platform across all my devices?

@djdead yeah, it could work on any interface. I just wanted to illustrate how cog would fit into a bigger system. I basically started with pai and abstracted the memory conventions to cog purely to get this conversation going! Very keen to hear about how you would use it.
