I guess this shouldn't be in larray itself. But not in larray_eurostat either... Maybe rename larray_eurostat to larray_datasource or larray_sdmx or something? This needs more thoughts. In the meantime we could simply add an larray_nbb package and "generalize" that to all sdmx providers later. Note that I have lots of experimental code in my local branches concerning SDMX and also some explicitly for NBB.stat (based on code by @gbryon), so if anybody wants to start working on this, please ping me first.
