Remember selection during Undo/Redo

Selection should be the same after Undo/Redo.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create two nodes.
• Modify one of them (e.g. move it).
• Select both nodes.
• Undo.

Result: Only one node is selected.
Expected: Both nodes are selected.
