Hi @lkingland, @gauron99

I'm interested in working on this CI/CD integration issue. I can see that GitHub Actions workflow generation is already implemented via func config ci, and GitLab has Git integration but no CI/CD workflow generation yet.

Could you provide more details on the scope of this issue?

1. Is the goal to add GitLab CI/CD workflow generation (similar to the existing GitHub Actions support)?
2. Are there other CI/CD platforms you'd like to support (Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure Pipelines, etc.)?
3. What features should be included in the workflow generation?
4. Should this follow the same pattern as the existing GitHub implementation in cmd/ci/?

I'd be happy to work on this once I understand the requirements better.
