50% of the money goes to active translation maintainers (Spanish version isn't as visited as English now, but hopefully more people will read it and support the project).

Yes, most phrases are from https://javascript.info/ebook.

"Built at" is inside the epub/pdf file, says when the book was built from the text source.
So that a person may see if it's up to date.
