Speech api test hang-up

Steps to reproduce

1. I have set my credentials and pass the translate API testing

I'm able to recreate this same result by adding the line

System.setProperty("https.proxyHost", "127.0.0.1");

to the top of any test. If I remove it, it works fine. Can you check if this is the same for you? Could there be an issue with your proxyHost?
