Tutorial: missing "Step 0"

Hey Team,

Thanks for your hard work to release this.

In working through the ADK Tutorial, I find several references to configurations set up in a "Step 0" that I don't find anywhere else on the page. I can infer what most of these should be, but if it got overlooked/omitted, could you add it back?
