Add integration of Spring AI 1.1.0 into ADK Java

This addition should provide the ability for any developer building ADK Java based applications to leverage the chat and embedding models supported by teh SPrign AI eco-system

@ddobrin I couldn't help but notice that you already have this on https://github.com/ddobrin/adk-java/tree/main/contrib/spring-ai ... would you be interested in raising a PR to contribute that from there to this project, and then (yourself, or with others interested in using this) maintain that here? Do note https://github.com/google/adk-java/tree/main/contrib for the very implicitly implied non-maintenance of any code in contrib/ by the core development team of ADK Java.

@vorburger - yes, by EOD tomorrow the latest. Should be ready to go. Opened the issue in anticipation of the PR.

Certainly, I would continue to help maintain it, together with anybody else interested in helping out going forward.
The goal is to maintain it in sync with the changes/updates in the Google Gen AI SDK integration into Spring AI 1.1.0, which I have already contributed
