Correctly parse the module specifications passed as argument on depends-on, always-load and prereq-all modulefile commands. It especially fixes module specification containing the definition of variants. Closes envmodules#626 Signed-off-by: Xavier Delaruelle <xavier.delaruelle@cea.fr>
