Package reorganization

• Replaces reverse-watch/internal/... imports with top-level reverse-watch/... across config, domain/{dto,models,repository,service,secret}, repository/{private,public}, render, secret, and test files
• No functional logic changes; repository/service interfaces and behaviors remain the same; tests updated only for import paths

Notes

• Build/system impact is primarily path-related; verify module resolution and CI builds
• Generated protobufs and DB schemas unchanged
