chore(tanstack-react-start): TypeScript 6.0 compatibility

Description

This PR updates @clerk/tanstack-start-react to be compatible with TypeScript 6.0. To resolve some bundling errors, the re-exports were reworked to be higher in the package, eliminating an issue where same-name re-exports were colliding with one another. Before this PR, the src/client/ClerkProvider.ts file re-exported all of @clerk/react. Instead, this PR moves that export to the top level src/index.ts, and makes explicit exports from src/client/index.ts to remove ambiguity.
