chore(ui): TypeScript 6.0 compatibility

Description

This PR updates @clerk/ui to be compatible with TypeScript 6.0 by adding an explicit "types": ["@rspack/core/module"] to the tsconfig and removing a now unnecessary @ts-expect-error directive.
