[BUG] LE Log Rotation not working

What happened?

I have 1000 letsencrypt.log.XYZ files to select from in the bunkerweb logs ui

XYZ = Variable going from 1-1000

*Discusses on discord already

How to reproduce?

Linux Install of Bunkerweb, Rc3 1.6.10
