When using war packaging, we now also explode the war into the webappDirectory. This change also rename the configuration element to webappDirectory to align with maven-war-plugin. The configuration is aliased to the old name of warOutputDir. Also, fixes for the incremental build support of the packaging goals are added. Signed-off-by: BJ Hargrave <bj@hargrave.dev>
