PYTHONHOME required by jpy #143

At least for me, on Windows 10, with Anaconda3, I have to set the environment variable PYTHONHOME to the location of the Anaconda distribution (e.g. C:\Anaconda3) in order for jpy to work correctly.

I think this should be added to the docs.
