npm glitchy on Visual Studio 2019 image when using node v14

When nodejs_version is set to "14" attempting to run npm on Visual Studio 2019 image (usually but not always) results in Command exited with code -1073741819. Works fine with "12" or with default.

Thanks for the repro! While we are investigating please switch Node to x64 version which works without glitches:

Install-Product node $env:nodejs_version x64
