Add LICENSE file to repository

Hello,
is it possible to add a LICENSE file to this repository? Actions such as https://github.com/actions/dependency-review-action fetch the license for a package from the GitHub API and this doesn't work when there is not LICENSE file present.

The license is part of the POM already. Adding a license feels redundant, hopefully at some point in the future the GitHub License API evaluates POMs as well...
