My account (lucas.s@liberfin.com.uy) was disabled without warning or explanation. I had a Claude Max 5x subscription, redeemed from a gift on March 15, 2026 (Invoice E8UUEEOW-0007).

I'm a software developer in Uruguay using Claude through the official web interface and Claude Code for legitimate work — coding, documentation, and product development at a fintech startup (Liberfin). No third-party tools, no VPN, no automated access.

What I've tried:

  • Logged out of all sessions and disconnected all MCP servers
  • Submitted the appeal form (no response after 1 week)
  • Emailed support@anthropic.com (no response)
  • Tried the in-app support chat (loops without resolution)
  • Cannot delete my account either — it redirects to support, which doesn't respond

Error message: Account disabled / organization disabled (cannot access claude.ai or Claude Code)

Impact: $100 paid for a subscription I cannot use. No explanation provided, no refund path available, no support response.

This matches the pattern reported in #5088, #9950, #24235, #37057, and #26825 — paid accounts being disabled by automated review with no recourse.

Per the Consumer Terms of Service, a pro-rata refund applies when an account is terminated without a policy violation. I'm requesting either account reinstatement or a refund.

  2. Used Claude normally through claude.ai and Claude Code
  3. Account was disabled without warning
  4. Cannot access claude.ai or Claude Code — shows "organization disabled" error
  5. Appeal form submitted, email sent to support — no response after 1 week
