Nix build broken due to missing prettier devDependency

Commit 3573019 dynamically imports prettier, prettier/plugins/babel, and prettier/plugins/estree in packages/opencode/src/cli/cmd/generate.ts (lines 32-34), but none are declared in any package.json.

In the Nix sandbox, bun build fails with:

error: Could not resolve: "prettier". Maybe you need to "bun install"?
error: Could not resolve: "prettier/plugins/babel". Maybe you need to "bun install"?
error: Could not resolve: "prettier/plugins/estree". Maybe you need to "bun install"?

Same class of issue as #22867 (missing glob dep). Fix: add prettier to packages/opencode/package.json dependencies.

Workaround: revert the commit by patching generate.ts to use JSON.stringify(specs, null, 2) instead of the prettier formatting.
