Desktop: Weird behavious when scrolling through a large file diff

Description

When scrolling through a large file diff, the content still appears above the header of the component which doesn't look nice.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use the Desktop app and make a promot resulting in a large Write or Edit
2. Expand the Diff component and scroll through it till the sticky header activates
3. Notice the content showing above the header
