Token优化0%的数值不应该记录到数据库中

Steps to Reproduce

tokenless stats list 显示的节省数据中，有不少事节省0%的数据，这些数据没意义，而且还会产生歧义。不建议记录。

Expected Behavior

剔除优化0%的数据
