Created uk.json under locales folder with corresponding translation (based on main.json)

Translation still misses 3 more lines

"ticketOnlyClaimableByStaff": "The ticket can only be claimed by a staff!",
"ticketAlreadyClaimed": "The ticket is already claimed!",
"ticketClaimedMessage": "> Ticket claimed by USER",

I don't quite understand what does "claim the ticket" means. Could you please explain it to me?

It's when a support person says, "Hey, I'll take care of that ticket, don't worry.", He claim the ticket

Replaced "claimed" with "присвоєно" (en. "assigned") in Ukrainian. It still keeps original sense.
