Use key properties to generate the name for export

Summary of the new feature / enhancement

Today, the engine generates a unique name that is the type with an incrementing number. Instead, if DSC can look at the schema and identify the key properties, it could use the keys to generate the name which would be more meaningful than an incrementing string
