im using the following tincture on my bleed build.
Insightful Blood Sap Tincture of Dispersion has 2 lines:
xx% increased damage with bleeding from melee weapons
and
+xx% to damage over time multiplier with melee weapons attacks
those 2 are red in pob

ive got a bleed build and tincture works ingame, i see numbers go up when i activate it but not in pob

it just need to effect bleeding as listed
