[QA] -> by Update or fresh install, checkbox Start/Restart Open-Shell (or check the automatic start at the Setup)

Describe the bug
Had installed Open-Shell 4.4.173, download the newest release 4.4.174,
updated therewith and the Open-Shell did not start(/restart) again..

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (i hope):

1. Download the newest Release
2. Click on Setup exe
3. wait, okey, wait okey.. finish...
4. See see on the Startbutton 8)

Expected behavior
Restart the Program behind the Update

all Updates installed up the last update
4.4.177

At Update from OpenShell
explorer stops and restarts,
but OpenShell restarts not !
