Replace Local Maven repository for Support Libraries with Android Support Repository

Android had changed the name of Local Maven repository for Support Libraries to Android Support Repository and that's what's visible when you open the UI for managing Android packages.
All entries of Local Maven repository for Support Libraries in CLI's code and in documentation should be updated.
