Filter bug: values are not url[en/de]coded

So we have a little problem. I don't know how or where but it i think the filter have some trouble.

First the filter didn't use the alias value from the alias field so i got something like this "my+alias+value" as get.

The second problem the filter can't understand this value. I get no item.

Should be fixed as #1033 has been merged in 8bbd54c?

This issue has been labeled with "testing" but got no feedback.

We are reliant on feedback to prove a ticket fixed as we can not tell if the ticket has been
