Employee+Project list should be sorted alphabetically

@jasperstam, the backend should return employee+project sorted alphabetically. We can do that by default or only when something is given like order_by: 'name'.

I can do this in the frontend, but ultimately that would be a temp solution because this won't work when we introduce pagination.
