Added windowdecorations toggle, only visible on desktop environments
Added windowdecorations hover styles, the buttons where not changing colors when hovering.
Bump to avalonia version.
Fixed Demo project to properly work with the new windowdecorations.
Defaulted Demo desktop Mainwindow.ExtendClientAreaToDecorationsHint to True as it looks way better, (added the toggle button in home to switch to normal). The title is " " because when it is empty, avalonia sets it to "Window".
