Environment:

• macOS
• Superset terminal
• Claude Code

Problem:

• Sessions are detected correctly and displayed in CodeIsland.
• Clicking a session does nothing.
• No error message is shown.
• Vibe-Island on the same machine was able to jump to the corresponding session.

Observed:

• sessions.json only contains termApp, cliPid and sessionId.
• No terminal window / tab mapping information appears to be stored.

Expected:

• Clicking a session should focus the corresponding terminal window/tab.
