Option to disable/hide billing and cost

Hi,

Feature request:
Allow the user/admin to hide all cost or billing related UI elements.

Use case 1:
When I use solidtime to track my personal time, I do not care about cost or billing. Seeing the cost of 0 show up throughout the UI is distracting. This is especially the case when exporting a PDF of a bunch of reportings.

Use case 2:
My company uses a different time tracking/reporting tool that lacks features I want/need to get insights into how I spend my time on the job. I want to use solidtime to track my time based on my own projects/tasks/tags that are different from what my company prescribes. Since all the cost and billing topics are handled by my company in our tool, I do not care about the cost and billing in solidtime.
