Before you can build your PVA Chatbot ensure:
- Power Virtual Agent trial started in your dev environment
Now that Tailspin Toys has signed off on your team’s hard work, their management has one final task they would like you to complete. Tailspin Toys prides itself on having exceptional customer service. In many instances, a customer contact will reach out directly to Tailspin Toys staff to find an answer to a question about their orders or FAQs. It is important for all staff and CS agents to have access to the same information so that they can provide answers back to customers that are both consistent and correct.
In this challenge, you will create a customer service chatbot for greeting, answering FAQs, and to support Order queries from Customers and Account Managers Information:
- Leverage and personalize out of the box topics such as greeting, survey, etc.
- Create topic suggestions using an site: FAQs - TailSpin Tools (any FAQ website page works)
- Provide ability to identify customer and lookup order data
- Common scenarios:
- Did you receive order X
- Was it approved, etc.
- To complete this challenge successfully, you should be able to demonstrate a working chatbot to your coach that fully answers the above questions
- Optional: show your Chatbot deployed to your OpenHack Team’s Microsoft Teams channel.
