I was able to get a setup working that I like without these changes. Not sure if this is really necessary after all. Although having a way to access the floating state may be nice. |

Description
I think it would be nice for there to be an exported function to make it easy for a user to configure wincmd keymaps, while accounting for some state like float layout.
I also added one example to the README.
