Description

I think it would be nice for there to be an exported function to make it easy for a user to configure wincmd keymaps, while accounting for some state like float layout.

I also added one example to the README.

I was able to get a setup working that I like without these changes. Not sure if this is really necessary after all. Although having a way to access the floating state may be nice.

@mononoken just added terminal navigation to sidekick with <c-hjkl>

Navigate windows in terminal mode. Only active when:

  • layout is not "float"
  • there is another window in the direction

With the default layout of "right", only <c-h> will be mapped.

You can customize the nav method which defaults to vim.cmd.wincmd.
