Pre-requisites

• I have double-checked my configuration
• I have tested with the :latest image tag (i.e. quay.io/argoproj/workflow-controller:latest) and can confirm the issue still exists on :latest. If not, I have explained why, in detail, in my description below.
• I have searched existing issues and could not find a match for this bug
• I'd like to contribute the fix myself (see contributing guide)

What happened? What did you expect to happen?

After we upgraded to v3.7.10, some of our users faced the error Loading chunk 775 failed: (missing https://.../775.43e8c969ca85676f528d.js) like in the screenshot below.

Clicking on Reload this page the error disappears and everything works as expected.

I expect to see no error simply loading the Workflows page.

We evaluated to upgrade to v4 but we met an even worse issue: #15639
