Problem
Currently it is a manual process to configure the new Red Hat AI provider.
wca and google can still be configured via the legacy settings.json method however rhcustom cannot.
Use case: Dev Spaces is used to create ephemeral instances for developers to perform work on a managed platform. The team is small and entirely internal so manually pasting URL/API Key/Model name is tedious each time.
Solution
Allow automated configuration via settings.json or another method.
Alternatives
Even if the model URL and name could be configured, requiring just the API key to be filled, this would be better, although full automation is a requirement.
